A Permission to Spend Form is needed for all department and foundation charges made a UWG Outfitters.
If you need a copy of the form, please contact uwgoutfitters@westga.edu and request that a copy be sent to you.
Please bring the filled out form with you when you make a purchase against an account and leave the form with the cashier along with UWG Outfitters' signed receipt copy.
